This Rolex Yellow Gold Daytona 40, reference 126508, is a member of the Cosmograph Daytona family. The Daytona has been Rolex's racing chronograph since 1963, built to time laps and measure average speed with its tachymetric scale. It has a 40mm case in 18k yellow gold. The gold is cast in Rolex's own foundry, which controls its colour and quality.
