  • Condition: The watch must be unworn and in its original condition, including all packaging, documentation, and accessories.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at info@diamondclubmiami.com or call us at (305) 377-3335 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • RMA Number: The RMA number must be clearly visible on the return package for efficient processing.

Refunds
