For international shipments, we offer economical and reliable options tailored to your needs.

Special Order Shipping Policy

Watches labeled as Special Order are specially sourced from our suppliers to fulfill your request. As a result, shipping for these items may take 2-5 business days from the date of the order. Please note that special orders may experience a slight delay compared to our regularly stocked inventory. For any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Shipment Timing

All watches listed on our website that are in stock and ready to ship, with verified payments received before 2 PM EST, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Our shipments go out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. With our inventory housed at our showroom in Miami, FL, we’re able to offer this premium service to all our customers.

Pre-Shipment Process

Before shipping, each watch is carefully selected from our showcase and verified against the listing details on our website. We ensure that all accompanying documentation, including the original box and papers, are included as described. Next, our expert team of watchmakers conducts a series of tests using state-of-the-art equipment to confirm the watch’s cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water-resistance (when applicable).

Shipment Process

Once your watch is fully verified, it is securely packed and shipped via UPS or FedEx. We ship orders to the billing address provided at checkout for security purposes.

Shipping Terms

All shipments from Diamond Club Miami are fully insured and securely packed to ensure safe delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery to a business address or pickup at your closest FedEx Office Print and Ship Center (required by insurance), adding an extra layer of security to the shipping process.

International Shipments

We are proud to offer international shipping! Please contact us before placing your order, and our team will guide you through the process. Please be aware that any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
