This Rolex Everose Gold Daytona 40, reference 126505, is a member of the Cosmograph Daytona family. The Daytona has been Rolex's racing chronograph since 1963, built to time laps and measure average speed with its tachymetric scale. It has a 40mm case in 18k Everose gold. Everose is a pink gold alloy patented by Rolex that keeps its warm colour for years.
The Sundust index dial is finished in Sundust, Rolex's soft pink-copper tone, and uses applied index hour markers. The dial is surrounded by an Everose gold bezel engraved with a tachymetric scale. It is worn on the three-piece-link Oyster bracelet.
