Shipping

Domestic We ship all orders securely via USPS or FedEx. For USPS, we ship via Priority Mail with signature required, if you choose Fedex Overnight, packages will be delivered overnight by 10:30AM. We require signature on all orders.

International We ship all international orders via FedEx International. IMPORTANT: Many countries charge an import duty or customs fees. Any duties imposed by countries for importing our items are the buyers responsibility.

Tracking your order Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a USPS or FedEx tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.

Layaway
Flexible Layaway Available If you are interested in our no interest layaway, please contact us with the piece of jewelry you are interested in to work out a layaway schedule.
Returns

7 Day Return Policy We continuously strive to offer its customers the highest quality of service.

We stand behind the authenticity and quality of each item we sell. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days, subject to the following conditions.

1. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date you received them.

 

2. Your original Sales Invoice must be included in your return package.

3. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as it was shipped. Merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

4. You will be issued a 100% refund minus any shipping charges paid via the payment method used originally.

5. On International orders, refunds also will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. We reserve the right to block any user from the website who abuses the Return Policy and continually returns merchandise.
