Reference 80318 is the Rolex Yellow Gold Lady-Datejust Pearlmaster 29. The Pearlmaster is Rolex's gem-set jewellery line, built on the Datejust with the date magnified under the Cyclops lens. The 29mm case is made of 18k yellow gold. Rolex casts its own 18k gold in-house, so the colour stays consistent from case to bracelet.
Its dark mother-of-pearl diamond dial is cut from natural mother-of-pearl, so every dial has its own pattern, and has diamond hour markers. Around the dial sits a bezel set with brilliant-cut diamonds. It is worn on the Pearlmaster bracelet with rounded five-piece links and a concealed Crownclasp.
