Reference 128239 is the Rolex White Gold Day-Date 36. The Day-Date was launched in 1956 as the first wristwatch to show both the date and the day of the week spelled out in full, and it is made only in gold and platinum. The 36mm case is made of 18k white gold. White gold gives the watch a quiet, steel-like look with the weight of precious metal.
Its white mother-of-pearl diamond dial is cut from natural mother-of-pearl, so every dial has its own pattern, and has diamond hour markers. The dial is surrounded by a fluted 18k white gold bezel. The case is paired with the President bracelet with semi-circular three-piece links and a concealed Crownclasp, set with diamonds.
Inside is the Rolex manufacture caliber 3255, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of about 70 hours.
