The Rolex White Gold Day-Date 36 carries reference 128239. The Day-Date was launched in 1956 as the first wristwatch to show both the date and the day of the week spelled out in full, and it is made only in gold and platinum. Its 36mm case is crafted in 18k white gold. 18k white gold looks like steel at first glance but is noticeably heavier on the wrist.
Its diamond pave rainbow sapphire dial is paved with diamonds. Around the dial sits a fluted 18k white gold bezel. The watch is fitted with the President bracelet with semi-circular three-piece links and a concealed Crownclasp.
Inside is the Rolex manufacture caliber 3255, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of about 70 hours.
