The Rolex Steel and Everose Gold Yacht-Master II 44 (Ref. 116681) is Rolex's regatta chronograph, built for timing the countdown to the start of a sailing race. The 44mm case is made of Everose Rolesor, which combines Oystersteel with 18k Everose gold, giving the watch a warm two-tone look on a true sports watch.
The white dial carries luminous Chromalight hour markers framed in Everose gold. The Everose gold Ring Command bezel with its blue Cerachrom ceramic insert rotates 90° in either direction and connects to the movement, letting you program the countdown from 1 to 10 minutes. The two-tone Oyster bracelet in Oystersteel and Everose gold has a folding clasp with the Easylink 5mm comfort extension.
Inside is the Rolex manufacture caliber 4161, a self-winding regatta chronograph movement with programmable countdown and mechanical memory, plus flyback and fly-forward synchronization so the timer can be matched to the official start signal. It has a power reserve of approximately 72 hours, a blue Parachrom hairspring and Superlative Chronometer certification. The Triplock winding crown and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal keep it water resistant to 100 meters.
