This Rolex Steel and Everose Gold Datejust 31, reference 278241, is a member of the Datejust family. The Datejust introduced the self-winding wristwatch with a date window in 1945, and the date sits under the Cyclops lens at 3 o'clock. It has a 31mm case in Oystersteel and 18k Everose gold. This steel-and-gold combination is what Rolex calls Rolesor, a signature of the brand since 1933.
The dark rhodium diamond Roman VI dial has diamond hour markers, and uses Roman numerals. The dial is surrounded by a polished domed bezel. It is worn on the three-piece-link Oyster bracelet.
Inside is the Rolex manufacture caliber 2236, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of about 55 hours.
