The Rolex Steel Sea-Dweller Deepsea 44 carries reference 126660. The Deepsea is Rolex's extreme-depth dive watch, with the Ringlock case system and a helium escape valve. Its 44mm case is crafted in Oystersteel. Oystersteel resists corrosion and keeps its polish even with daily wear.
Its black dial sets the tone for the whole watch. The dial is surrounded by a unidirectional rotatable bezel with a Cerachrom ceramic insert and luminescent zero marker. The watch is fitted with the three-piece-link Oyster bracelet.
Inside is the Rolex manufacture caliber 3235, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of about 70 hours. It is certified as a Superlative Chronometer, Rolex's standard of accuracy within −2/+2 seconds per day once cased. The screw-down crown and sapphire crystal keep it water resistant to 3,900 meters.
