Rolex Steel Air-King 40 - Smooth Bezel - Black Dial - Oyster Bracelet — Ref. 126900
Authenticity Guaranteed
We certify all our items as authentic, providing you with a guarantee of quality and craftsmanship.
Reference 126900 is the Rolex Steel Air-King 40. The Air-King is Rolex's tribute to aviation, with a large minute scale for reading flight times. The 40mm case is made of Oystersteel. Oystersteel is Rolex's own corrosion-resistant steel, used on all of its steel watches.
Its black dial sets the tone for the whole watch. It is framed by a smooth polished bezel. The case is paired with the three-piece-link Oyster bracelet.
It is powered by the self-winding Rolex caliber 3230, with roughly 70 hours of power reserve. It is certified as a Superlative Chronometer, Rolex's standard of accuracy within −2/+2 seconds per day once cased. The screw-down crown and sapphire crystal keep it water resistant to 100 meters. The Oyster case itself goes back to 1926, when Rolex introduced the first waterproof wristwatch case.
