Reference 279175 is the Rolex Everose Gold Lady-Datejust 28. The Lady-Datejust is the classic ladies' Datejust, with the date at 3 o'clock magnified under the Cyclops lens. The 28mm case is made of 18k Everose gold. Everose is Rolex's own pink gold alloy, made in its foundry so the colour does not fade over time.
On the front, the silver Sundust diamond star dial is finished in Sundust, Rolex's soft pink-copper tone, and has diamond hour markers. Around the dial sits a fluted 18k Everose gold bezel. The watch is fitted with the five-piece-link Jubilee bracelet.
The movement is the in-house Rolex caliber 2236, which runs for about 55 hours once fully wound. Every movement of this generation is tested as a Superlative Chronometer, accurate to within −2/+2 seconds a day. The screw-down crown and sapphire crystal keep it water resistant to 100 meters.
