Reference 228345RBR is the Rolex Everose Gold Day-Date 40. The Day-Date was launched in 1956 as the first wristwatch to show both the date and the day of the week spelled out in full, and it is made only in gold and platinum. The 40mm case is made of 18k Everose gold. Everose is a pink gold alloy patented by Rolex that keeps its warm colour for years.
On the front, the pave dial is paved with diamonds. Around the dial sits a bezel set with baguette-cut diamonds. The watch is fitted with the President bracelet with semi-circular three-piece links and a concealed Crownclasp.
