The Rolex Lady-Datejust 26 Steel (Ref. 179160) is part of the Lady-Datejust line. The Lady-Datejust is the classic ladies' Datejust, with the date at 3 o'clock magnified under the Cyclops lens. This reference has a 26mm case in Oystersteel. Oystersteel resists corrosion and keeps its polish even with daily wear.
The pink/copper Roman dial uses Roman numerals. The dial is surrounded by a polished domed bezel. It is worn on the five-piece-link Jubilee bracelet.
Inside is the Rolex manufacture caliber 2235, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of about 48 hours. It is an officially certified chronometer, tested by COSC for accuracy. The screw-down crown and sapphire crystal keep it water resistant to 100 meters. The Oyster case itself goes back to 1926, when Rolex introduced the first waterproof wristwatch case.
